This picture shows reconstructed human airway epithelium (MucilAir, epithelix) infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron strain and stained for SARS-CoV-2 NP (red) and SARS-CoV-2 RNA (green). High throughput imaging and quantification is done on a Thermo CX7. Image displays the full well reconstruction (121 fields, 8 stack/channel, max projection). Stitching was performed by our colleague at Imactiv-3D.
